Available Services

Play therapy sessions are 50 min - 1 hour in duration.  I will most likely just use play therapy as the modality, however I might also use play based CBT when indicated.  For children up to 10 years of age.

I am fully registered with ACC to provide sensitive claims counselling.  I only work with children for ACC.  This process is free, provided the claim meets the criteria.

I usually always have at least one of these sessions with the caregivers before we start play therapy but I can also work exclusively with parents, where necessary.  I can help with a range of difficulties from parenting issues to personal issues.

I can provide Victim Support counselling if your claim is approved by them.

Infant mental health sessions work with parent and child and are geared toward children and babies under 3.  It is focussed on building attachment with the caregiver and problem solving any difficulties you might be experiencing.

I offer EAP counselling through Benestar - to children and parents only.  I am also registered with Gumboot Friday.  These services are free but are limited to 2/3 sessions.
